Starting from scratch, without family vineyards and with limited funds to invest, Alessandro works with grapes from the vineyards of his uncle Giorgio Sobrero, a well-known producer in the Montelupo Albese area.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eDrink Wines Not Labels Chardonnay is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown sustainably in the Langhe region, \u003cstrong\u003ewithout the use of pesticides or chemical herbicides\u003c\/strong\u003e. In the winery, the whole clusters are gently pressed, and the resulting must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur spontaneously.
