During the harvest, the selection of the bunches is meticulous, and they are then taken to the facilities designated for winemaking, where they are destemmed. The grapes, after pressing, give rise to a must that ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, while malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques. The aging then follows, first carried out for \u003cstrong\u003e12 months in barrique\u003c\/strong\u003e and then, after bottling, for another 12 months in the bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Merlot Reserve “Gant” presents itself to the visual examination with a ruby red color, crossed by reflections that tend more towards garnet at the rim. Berries alternate on the nose with more woody and toasted aromas, from which mineral sensations also emerge. On the palate, it has an excellent structure, \u003cstrong\u003ewarm and embracing\u003c\/strong\u003e thanks to the good alcohol content, round and full, with a sip characterized by a savory texture.
