After the harvest of the bunches and pressing, a cold maceration of one to two days occurs, which precedes the fermentation at controlled temperature. All processes are carried out separately for the two grape varieties, which are only reassembled at the end, in order to achieve optimal balance. The aging takes place \u003cstrong\u003ein oak barrels of various sizes for about 2 years\u003c\/strong\u003e, so that the liquid is enriched with further complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe \"Tanca Farrà\" presents itself in the glass with a ruby color edged with garnet reflections. The nose masterfully blends the rich and marine character of Cannonau with the extreme sweetness of Cabernet Sauvignon, alternating iodized hints, plum, and carob with refined herbaceous bursts typical of the international red grape variety.
