That's the reasoning that lies at the base of this Tramin-branded Gewurtraminer Grappa, where ripe fruit is enhanced both on the nose and in the mouth, giving us a wrapping and crisp beva. This is a label that the Termeno winery makes thanks to its collaboration with Capovilla, a reality that has been dedicated to the production of beautifully crafted distillates since the 1970s. Tramin sends to the distillery the pomace from one of its most representative wines, the "Nussbaumer," a selection of the best berries where quality is always guaranteed with precision and punctuality. A Grappa that thus has a prestigious origin and which does not take long to reveal itself in all its beauty.

The Tramin winery makes this label thanks to the invaluable and indispensable help of Maestro Capovilla, a true pioneer of distillation in Italy and owner of the winery of the same name located in the province of Vicenza. The basis of this Grappa is the pomace of Gewurztraminer, a grape that the Tramin winery dedicates to the creation of a product, "Nussbaumer," which has always been at the apex of the quality pyramid of the entire range made.

Gewurztraminer Grappa's "Nussbaumer" from Tramin is colourless to the eye, very clear and bright. Rich and intense on the nose, where enveloping sensations emerge, recalling ripe tropical fruit. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and warm, with a round and smooth sip, which aligns with the flavours of the aromas already perceived on the nose. A grappa to be jealously preserved for the coming winter evenings because when the cold stings outside, you need something to warm the soul.
